Final Assemblies in our own plant

Our own production facility focuses on manufacturing higher level mechanical and electrical assemblies, assuring the quality of the end product.  Primary processes are delegated to our proven supply chain of local partner plants (see below).  We can provide you with the complete product, or any of its custom subassemblies.  If you prefer, we can dedicate a part of our plant and workforce to your specific products (a process called  Sheltering ), and arrange delivery of your products worldwide.  

Primary Processes in partner plants

We can also arrange production of primary process components or subassemblies from our proven supply chain of partner plants.  Each of our partner plants, located close to our own plant in southern China, focuses on its own small part of the elephant — rather than trying to do everything, each plant does what it does best, with economy of scale.  IMS’s manufacturing team audits every process to assure each product is made the way YOU specify it.
